OK, this is a bit embarrassing but I need some advice, When i fart i feel like my insides are ripped out it's so sore, so basically i've been holding them in but that's leaving me so bloated and i feel so terrible. Any advice?

it sounds as though it could be a case of piles. how long has it been like this for? if it is piles, just try to not push hard when you go to the toilets, drink lots of fruit juice to ease it, and if it gets worse, or doesnt go away, take a trip to the docs!
