Diet advice

Sorry, I know its cliched.
I think I have a slight idea at what "nutrition" means, and how to have a healthy diet - even if I haven't lived by it.

Anyhow, I'm sick and tired of going from drastically underweight to overweight to underweight to overweight - and so I'm aiming to eat healthy in an attempt to recover from the ED.
I do need others points of view though. I'm not aiming to lose weight, just to eat healthy and "normally".
This is what I've eaten so far - advice? Criticism?

Breakfast

bowl of cereal - mix of M&S Nut crunch and Just Right
S/S milk
Orange juice&Lemonade
Lunch

Snacks
Penguin bar, cups of tea, banana, melon

Day 2
Breakfast

Special K
S/S milk
Orange juice

So yeah - advice anyone?

I'd cut out the lemonade for breakfast if I were you - no nutritional content and will just rot your teeth. Other than that you seem to be keeping it pretty balanced, not depriving yourself of a small treat here and there and seem to be getting a range of food groups every day. Sounds good to me - nice to see a sensible diet on here for once
