Phase Eight Interview

Hi I've been invited to an interview for the Phase eight concession in HOF.

I was just wondering has anyone experienced this before? Is it just straightforward interview questions or practical?

Any advice gladly welcome as I know it's an up brand company

Hi, i have one next week. How was it and what questions did they ask? was it a formal interview or were there also some other exercises?

Hi! They asked a lot of questions you'd expect like good customer service, good skills, why should they hire you, why did I wanna work there. Then gave a few scenarios and how I would handle them in store. Then they brought me down to the phase eight concession and asked me to pick 2 outfits and explain why and then pick two outfits if a woman came in and asked for an outfit for her sons wedding.
