Non payment

Hi,

I was supposed to be paid my third installment of student finance on April the 7th and it comes up online as the payment being blocked. Every other payment I've had has been successful and gone through straight away. I rang up student finance two weeks ago and they said it's because student finance can't connect me to my course because my university is doing scheduled updates with my course details but no one else I know is having this problem and every time I ring up I'm just not getting a proper answer on how long it's going to take or if I'm even going to receive it.
