Extra A-level HELP

I am in year 12 and studying 3 A-levels. I will be applying for Uni in september/october and I have one question. I really want to do an A-level in Italian but I need to wait till year 13 so I can master the language. However, on my ucas application I won't be putting that as my subject because I don't take italian in school it would just be an additional exam at the end of the year. The thing is I would want the Universities to know I am considering sitting that exam. How do I let them know? Will they even accept it? I just want an extra something to stand a higher chance.
Not sure but you can always work it into your personal statement no matter what. Unless you want to do Italian I can't imagine uni's would care much if it isn't in the qualifications section.

EDIT: Also try asking your teachers, they may not have ever had someone do that before but they would have dealt with UCAS before that with previous years so will almost definitely be able to tell you about it.
