here, let me inadvertently offend about half the TSR population:
annoying:
scottish (sounds like they're speaking like a penis in their mouth)
welsh (too "hoidy toidy")
queen's english (sounds snobby)
essex (sounds stupid)
cockney (sounds poor)
canadia/alaska (too novelty)
southern states american (sounds like stupidity and religious-ness, haha)
arabic (sounds like they're choking some of the time)
india (I've watched too much simpsons to take the apu accent too seriously lol)
neutral:
australian (can be a hit or miss)
french (if it's a deep voice like a lot of french women it's not effective)
central/soutern africa (sounds nifty but sometimes too deep)
german (sounds sexy, but sneaky)
irish (can't pronouce those "th"s but can sometimes sound sexy)
swedish (used to have a swedish hair dresser - sounded either sexy or weird)
jamaican: (sounds hilarious, which is good, but not "sexy")
sexy:
"normal" english: maybe because I am a possessor of this accent and I'm a sexy beast
south african (love that sharp sounding pronunciation)
scouse (not manchester it's got to be scouse)
dutch/danish (I don't know why, there's something about it I like)
russian/eastern european (sounds "suspicious", and that's sexy)
spanish (maybe it's due to breaking bad but it sounds dangerous, and that's kinky)
east coast american (I have no idea, it just sounds cool)
