Hi, I'm new to TSR and I'll be studying Primary Education (English) at Plymouth University. Anyone else going to Plymouth this year and if so, what will you be studying? :smile:

Nope, I need to get on with that :tongue:

. When I went to the open day, my dad basically forced me to only look at Gilwell and Robbins (because they're the two cheapest ones) and I'm leaning towards Robbins. Have you done it yet, then?

Haha yeah, those are basically my options too :P I can't actually remember what Gilwell looks like but they don't have picutres of the kitchen on the Plymouth uni website and everyone says that it looks awful so.. leaning towards Robbins (that's the one with the kitchen in the centre of the flat, right?)

I couldn't remember where the kitchen was in relation to the flat but according to the map it is, yeah (http://www1.plymouth.ac.uk/accommodation/applicants/universitymanaged/halls/robbins/Pages/default.aspx) I seem to remember that there's a indoor car park kind of bit at the bottom as you walk in. Yeah, Gilwell felt a bit cramped and not very nice.

I'll be in Plymouth too, studying History with International Relations! I haven't done my accommodation yet, really want to get it out the way but the site still says it's not open yet :\

If anyone is looking for somewhere to live in September but doesn't want to pay £120+ a week, I need someone to take over my room come this September as I've had something come up outside of Plymouth.

It's £365 a month incl. all bills, double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, roof terrace, 5 minute walk from campus, mix of boys and girls and a TV with TV Licence.

If anyone is interested let me know and I can send you some photos :smile:
