I'm really stuck on this question so please help!
Marcury sulfate is insoluble. Explain how waste water from a factory might be treated with sodium sulfate solution to remove soluble Hg2+ ions. Include a balanced chemical equation in your answer.

Hint: precipitation.

Precipitation is solid particles within a liquid, which make the solution cloudy or changes the colour. It can be filtered out.. Used for poisonous potassium..
