AS & A2 Transcript/Certificate Help!

Hi,

I'm currently studying a mix of 1 A2 (PE) and 3 AS's (Bio, Geog & Geol) and I want to know whether the result transcripts I will receive will have both my A2 and AS subject results on?

So for example I do PE (A2) and Geology (AS) both on OCR, when I receive the certificate through will I get 1 with my AS and 1 with my A2 or 1 with both?

Any help would be appreciated!!
