AS level Biology practical exams - Not what I was expecting

Hi,

I'm doing my AS level this year as a mature student so it's been 20 years since I took my GCSEs :/

I've just done the first bit of my practical but am having trouble trying to work out how the hints all fit together for the written paper ie how does water movement through plants relate to heart disease?

Anyone else feel the same?
