I am studying a Access to HE in september, and I going to be 21 when i start university. I REALLY don't want to be put with older people, say 30 and up....... Will I be put with mature students because technically I am classed as one?

No don't worry haha, I'm just finishing my access course & will be 21 when I start uni this September - you're generally put with your year group, so you'll be with other first years!

I'll be 23, wouldn't exactly consider myself 'mature'. You're still a wee babby, you'll be fine.

Have you requested to live with other mature students? I didn't wanna put anything about age in case I ended up with right boring people haha

The people in my halls had a range of ages. The oldest person I got to know was 22/23 and it didn't make a different that she was a bit older. If you don't mind going out and socialising and want the "halls experience" I don't think it'll make much of a difference.

well I think you just get to pick a set of halls and some of the halls are for more mature students aka they might not go home for holidays etc

Not really bothered by living with mature students tbh. Just as long as I'm not with a load of immature d***s! :
