Hi, I am asking for my cousin, who is doing her BSc Computer Engineering in Asia.

She wants to do a MSc here and look for a job. How hard is it for her to get into a MSc in computer science (related field, any suggestions?) and get a graduate job here?

She is not a straight A student, might get a 2:1, most likely a 2:2.
Her IB result is brilliant, equivalent to 4As in A-levels. She has excellent communication skills, running a society at university and is part of a rock band, performing regularly in small venues.
Would it help?

NB: She does not need a visa to work in Europe.

Forgot to mention that she wrote an app to help her classmates at uni register modules on their phone and view their new timetable on the app.
Is app programming a valuable skill to have to get a job in here?

Hi there,

Most good Universities ask for a minimum 2.1 for post-graduate degrees. In terms of finding a job in the UK, they are in abundance, it shouldn't be too hard finding a job with an MSC in CS.

App programming is very valuable.
