What would you be the reasonable wage you would want your wife to earn?

And would it be under, on par, or more than your own wage?

I would generally prefer within 10,000 of my own wage, whatever that is. Don't really care on which side, i just wouldn't want to feel like either of us is useless.

Why does it matter, you don't date someone based on their wage

equal to myself would be the ideal, but I don't mind too much - I'd simply like to feel like an equal in a relationship

As much as possible. If it's £300,000 I'm on easy street.

As much as she can in her chosen career to the point that it doesn't cause her to work extra hours, thus limiting the time I get to spend with her.

Doesn't matter how much that is.
