is there generally more cyclic or non cyclic photophosphorylation?

is there a general ratio between the 2 forms of photophosphorylation or does it just depend on the environment of the plant?

generally speaking does a plant 'do' more cyclic phosphorylation or non-cyclic?

So would I!! What I was also wondering was what is the actual function of cyclic photo phosphorylation? Why can a plant not successfully photosynthesise using just non-cyclic photophosphorylation?
