Imperial vs. Edinburgh; an investment that pays off? Watch
I'm a Swedish lad on a gap year and currently clueless about my choice of Uni. My two main options are:
Imperial College - BSc Ecology and Environmental Biology (3 years)
University of Edinburgh - BSc Ecological & Environmental Sciences (4 years)
As I'm a European citizen the tuition fee will make a vast difference between my two options. My research so far makes my decision lean towards Imperial, but sadly it would cost me approx. £20k more to go to Imperial. If that would extend to a masters, with more expensive accomodation etc. in the end I'm facing more than a £40k difference between the two. I'm not made of money, so anyone with answers to these two Qs, please help me out!
1. Is Imperial really better than Ediburgh (academia, student life, living conditions included)
2. If yes, is it worth the investment for an environmental scientist?
Thanks everyone, I appreciate any answers!
