I think she made it up!!!

my boyfriend is trying to make this good impression on my family lol however the problem is that my boyfriend is related to my sister-in-law and once, my brother and sister-in-law had a conversation about my bf (none of my family knows about him apart from my sister-in-law). She told my bf that my brother said that he was only being nice so one day he can try it on my sis, oves its true but its not really a nice thing to say and my bf was quite upset when he heard this, however today me and my brother were just talking and my bf name got mentioned, however my brother was like nah hes a nice guy because the last time they came over he talked to my brother and they were all happy and stuff, now i started thinking that my sister-in-law had lied about it just to put my bf off :mad:

my borther is encharge of my life lol since we have a 15 year difference between us :eek:

the reason for this thread was that i just wanted to see what you guys thought of it? would she be lying :confused:

Don't you kind of know her better than us? We have no idea what sort of person you are / your boyfriend/brother/sister-in-law is. Seriously, it's one person's word against another's, both of whom we don't know. :smile:

Sorry but it's a fairly weird scenario and we don't know the people... even if you do get advice from other people on here I'd take it with a pinch of salt.

haha lol thanks i thought people would get confused with the sister-in-law, brother and boyfriend while i was typing, but i get it although i'm still stuck lol hay dont i get like a medal or something lol only joking

Reworded for clarity:

Sister-in-law (to OP's boyfriend): "Her brother says you just want to try it on with her sister."
Brother (to OP, about boyfriend): "He seems like a nice guy."
The OP wants to know which is telling the truth.

No offence to the OP is intended, but please try and punctuate your sentences more effectively for clarity: reduce the number of commas! All your sentences do is overwhelm the reader. You are trying to convey too many ideas at once. Hope this advice helps. :smile:
