I don't really understand your question or quite what your qualifications mean? Just say what grades your gcse's are eg 6A's2B's including maths science English and what your question is! Your post is super confusing.
I'd also say dont be too set on a specialty before rotations and get in with that hospital voluntary work!

I agree with the above poster, very confusing what you mean...
I m assuming most of your gcse's aren't great, hence you're resitting them?

As for your predicted as and alevel results...
Seriousl, you think you'll barely get an A in some of them for AS, yet you think you can get an A* in alevel?!! It only gets harder...

And again, what's the question? Is it one of the many many will I get in with my grades?

If so, then research whether med schools allow gcse resits.
But if they do, and you manage to get those A's/A*'s at your a levels (or get predicted those and subsequently get the minimum grade conditions they give), academicly speaking, I don't see why not.... But again, that's on based on the academics of your alevels, I don't understand your grades for gcse... But I'm assuming you're going to get A* or A's in all/most of them?

A note on the point made about you saying b/a for as but A* for a2....
To get an A at AS you need 80% UMS
To get an A overall you need 80% ums over your 2 years (as and a2)
To get an A* overall you need 80% UMS over your two years AND 90% ums in your A2.
Hence it's not impossible to do what you suggested just highly unlikely! My school only predicted A*'s if you got over 90% ums at AS and some subjects insisted on 95% because a2 is harder

My college is not cashing in the units so I was thinking of re sitting the lowest unit and ISA at A2 to get the best grades. I was also thinking that if my ASs do not go as planned about going to another college where they do the IB.

You haven't even got your AS results and you are predicting your A2 grades. Just make sure you tick all the boxes for work experience/summer school//extra curricular. You need chemistry and very good A levels to start...
Stop all this aiming bulls**t just shoot for as high as possible!!!
