What do you usually do if you had a fight with your bf/gf?

What the title says. I'm just curious.
I just had a huge fight with my bf (I'm a girl), I won't share the details but I think we're both wrong.
Normally I just let the dust settle and see whoever calls first. In the meantime I watch a lot of dvd's at home, eat ice cream and hang out with my girl friends.

I've never had a proper fight with him. I don't like arguing, and he's very laid back, so we generally diffuse these situations before they arise.

Get angry, shout, go off on my own, cool down, apologise, make out

me an my bf never use to fight really as we both didnt like doing it... but then little problems would move into big ones an we would have a few problems... not the best thing to do really!

Well if you are a guy, you do the proper thing, ring them up and say you are sorry.

Men are never right in an arguement so (if you are a guy) you just ring them and say you are sorry.

I may not have personal experience in the matter, but I have helped my best mates relationships many times. Plus, I've learnt a lot from my father who has told me often that as a guy in the relationship, you just have to smile, nod and agree.

Trust me, one of the few things I know about women is that they believe they are always right.

So its better to just agree and save yourself the trouble

So what do you couples usually fight about?? We fight because admittedly I'm a bit too serious sometimes and he thinks some things are trivial, oh well..

Do you know how annoying a patronising smile and nod are? Not going to help, if you have anyone as stubborn/paranoid as me.
