Opening a student account

Hi,
I need some advice. I am trying to open a student bank account with coop at the moment and they have asked for evidence that I will be an undergraduate student next year. I won't have an AS12 letter until after results day as I only have conditional offers, so can I use my student finance entitlement letter as evidence instead?
Hi there.

The evidence the bank accept is entirely up to them. Your student finance letter does confirm you have been granted funding for a course but it does not show you have actually been accepted onto one. It's probably wise to speak to your bank to determine if they would accept an entitlement letter, although sending them a copy of it couldn't hurt.

Thanks.
