It's very tenuous but you could talk about time in both of them, the constancy of love in Sonnet 116 compared to the constant love the speaker seems to feel for the baby in Born Yesterday. You could also talk about the use of other language devices like assonance.
In the comparisons, you can always contrast as well. You could contrast the forms and just about everything about them.
