Smashing win for Hemel a crushing 4-1 win over Cirencester with an Anthony Thomas hat-trick including a stunning 3rd goal - skipped away from two and shashed it past the keeper from 20 yrds.
Expect more from Thomas this season as he banged in over 40 goals last season and had a trial at L*ton town.

Very satisfying win - thankfully undercover as it bucketed down !!

Still no win for bedford, beaten by Yeading 2-1 after leading 1-0.

Weymouth have started really well and Aldershot just ran riot today ending St. Albans' unbeaten start.

Non-league is definitely not included in lower league.

Harrogate Town vs Hinckley United abandoned today when Hinckley's Matt Gadsby collapsed on the pitch. 30 minutes of CPR before he was taken to hospital. No more news yet. Everything crossed that he pulls through.

Well it was another win for Bedford Town 2-1, however obviously the overriding sadness is the death of Matt Gadsy, here's the story from BBC

Hinckley United's Matt Gadsby died after collapsing on the pitch during a Conference North game on Saturday.
The 27-year-old defender fell to the ground with no-one near him during the first half of their game at Harrogate.

A statement from Hinckley chairman Kevin Downes said: "This is an absolute tragedy and our thoughts are with Matthew's family and friends."

Gadsby joined Hinckley on a free in the summer from Forest Green having started his career at Walsall as a trainee.

He also played for Mansfield Town and Kidderminster Harriers.

Downes continued: "Incidents like this put everything into perspective and no-one can quite come to terms with what has happened.

"The medics were on the pitch within seconds and their treatment was first-class and they did everything they could along with the staff at the hospital which was next door to the ground.

"Matthew had made a big impact on the football club during his time at the Marston's Stadium and he will be sadly missed by everyone."

Gadsby joined Hinckley on a one-year contract this summer and leaves behind a young daughter and wife Sarah.

Hinckley's match away to Moor Green on Tuesday night has been postponed as a mark of respect.

anyway a) i hope crawley doesn't fold with the financial crisis they're in
(Original post by Carl1982)
agree i really hope Crawley don't go under like Hornchurch did.
Thanks!

Was shocked to hear about Matt Gadsby. Also, while looking for a story on an ex-Crawley player on Eastbourne's website, I saw that one of their under-15 players has tragically died. (Link)

Aylesbury havent played in ages it seems, mainly cos we were dumped out of the cup by Wroxham. We also lost 2-0 to Sutton Coldfield.

Leon Gutzmore has been released by Brackley, would be a good signing at our level, i'd take jim back for his 3rd spell but then it's pretty well known that he goes where the money is.
