What is your favourite sport/fitness activity and why?

Personally I really enjoy going to the gym with my partner, and I also love pole fitness and aerial hoop both of which Ive just started a couple of months ago. I think going to the gym is really fun because theres so many different things you can do there so its a good way to co-ordinate your fitness and useful for muscle building. I love pole and hoop because theyre really fun but also great workouts. :biggrin:

How about you? What do you do prefer to do regularly and why?

Swimming-Its fun, and refreshing. Badminton because its really energetic.

Just cycling. Love it. I really want to try riding a downhill bike one day, they look amazing.
I go to the gym, I like it to pump iron and to build my body up. It is a nice feeling during and after the training.
Cycling. I also enjoy brawling because its kick ass.
I love dancing and swimming. They are great ways to stay fit. Swimming is best exercise for overall body and increase stamina.
