Foundation degree vs. Foundation Course??IS THE SAME?

anyone here that knows whats the difference between the one year foundation degree and one year foundation course?

i did attend a one year foundation course in engineering from a small college with the following grades

pure maths 57%
physics 69%
informatics 71%
applied maths 68%

the thing is that i don't know weather this certification that i have is the same with the
one year Foundation Degree which is awarded from unis and colleges.
also i have no idea if this certification gives me any jobs perspectives in UK.
can i get a (semi)decent job with this thing?? or its just rubbish ??
i have included an image of the degree please take a look and help

What level is this at, in UK terms?
It may support an application for a job sure.
May be used to get you into a university too maybe.

in the UK A foundation degree is normally a 2 year course equivalent to the first 2 years of a bachelors degree.

a foundation course is a one year course to prepare you for the first year of university.

since you took one year and it doesn't appear to say degree anywhere on the certificate I think you've done a foundation course

Depends what sort of job, depends what sort of other experience you've got.

well i dont mind as long as it is a (semi)decent job, i have experience in the field of computer science and in general engineering, never worked in UK though.
im not british, im from greece and my english is very good.
as i said i spend one year in a university studying computer science but i had to drop out.
now the only certificate that i have is the foundation course and the IELTS.
what sort of job u think i can get with this qualifications ?? should i aim for something in london??
