    "The powers given to the European Commission under Regulation 1/2003 are strong enough to detect all breaches of European competition law."

    Critically discuss the above statement.

    I realise that Reg 1/2003 primarily focuses on Arts 101 & 102 TFEU, and that there are adequate Regulations for detecting mergers and state aid. However, I was wondering what else I could throw in there?

    What about the adequacy of Reg 1/2003 in regards to Art 101 & 102 TFEU?
