    Hey,

So this year I am hoping to be attending Robert Gordons University to study Management with Marketing, and if not Queen Margarets University to study Business Management.

Initially I was looking into buying a 13" Macbook Pro, however I then started looking into other options. So what would people suggest? Or are Macbook Air's any good as an only computer? Or perhaps I could spend a bit more and get a proper Mac Desktop and purchase an Ipad as well for bringing along to lectures and things? How useful are Ipads in lectures? Am I better off just bringing a pen and paper?

I have fallen into the Apple 'trap' I must admit, but I have had bad experiences with Packard Bell and HP laptops in the past. If there is other devices people would suggest I would be grateful to know!

    Thanks!

Id definitely go for a laptop, not used a macbook pro myself but they everyone I know who has says they're great! Any other high end laptop would be great too though, check sony vaio ultrabooks, with an i5 or i7 and an SSD, amazing machine.
