Trying to Boost my CV as age doesn't seem to be on my side, so I'm trying to find other things that will work in my favor.
I'm 15 but I've had 2 previous jobs and Iv'e come out with very good references, and I have also had 2 volunteering roles, plus have lots of other one off days working for family friends.

I'm just wondering how I can compose my CV to work in my favor, and if there is anything specific that employers will look at as a bonus? Help is much appreciated!

Work experience, skills you learnt, situations where you were in charge, or used initiative. If you experienced any problems, did you handle them effectively etc. Just show them you`re the right candidate for the job. Try to say how your work experience/previous work can contribute to this job you`re applying for now, e.g. did you learn skills that would be useful in that environment

You'll have no trouble from 16-21 due to the stepped minimum wage so don't worry too much. In any case, unless you must, don't waste your youth working in some shop.
