Any students studying in England from another country. I am writing an essay on it and need some insight. These are my questions.

    1. What is your name and age? Also what are you studying and where?
    2. What country are you from and where abouts in the UK do you live now?
    3. How long have you been here?
    4. Why did you decide to study in the UK?
    5. Is it different from studying in your country?
    6. What is the best thing about being in the UK?
    7. What is the worst?
    8. Would you recommend studying in the UK?
    9. Do you have friends here?
    10. Anything else you want to add?

Your answers would be a HUGE help to me.

    1. Lily, 17. I'm doing my A-levels in Harrogate.
    2. Malaysia, Harrogate.
    3. Only 9 months.
    4. My brother is also studying here, so it made sense for me to do so as well.
    5. Yes, it's a huge difference.
    6. I love the atmosphere here, it's a lot more chilled.
    7. The weather! The rain gets in the way every time I try to do something! And also people who automatically assume that I don't speak English when clearly it's my first language! I don't mean to be a whiner but it hurts my pride
    8. I would but I understand that it's not for everyone.
    9. It was difficult to make friends at first because of the whole assuming I don't speak English thing but yes I do have a fair share of friends.
    10. "Where's Malaysia?" and "How do you know how to speak such good English?" are starting it get on my nerves.

    Xx
