Why are gay guys so hot?
I am talking about the ones that you cannot really tell if they are gay or not. I had the hugest crush on this guy in my class until he told me he is gay but now we are friends

Yes that is fine but I am talking about from their looks as well. not saying straight men aren't hot. but any gay guy I have encountered are very hot.

Which is what he said in point 1: I may be stereotyping here but I presume gay men are more likely to use makeup and take care of themselves which would obviously make them more attractive

Stress lines aren't necessarily unattractive. Plenty of men look better with age. Attractiveness isn't applied in the same way for men as it is for women.

NO as I outlined in one of the comments above that yes I have asked about this one instance. But any gay i have encountered so far in my life has been hot. can't make it any simpler than that.

Then you haven't met enough, that's your answer.
A gay man is just any man who is attracted to other men, not some magical breed of hotness.
Not all, but a lot of them, make a concious effort to look after their appearance. So it makes sense.
They aren't all hot. I wish more of them were.
