Raw beef :'(

please help :frown:

my idiotic bf just tried to cook then eat some beef...it said to cook the sauce for 2 mins....and he read it as cooking the beef for 2 mins...stupid i know lol :rolleyes:

hes ate like a few bites of it...will he be ok? :frown:

probably, people on tv only seem to cook beef for a few seconds. but maybe be prepared to hold his head for him while he's throwing up in the toilet

Depends on the quality of the beef - he should be ok though; put it this way, be grateful he didn't do the same with chicken. Steak is actually nicer when undercooked than when overcooked.

Delicacy in some countries. In Japan, your supposed to grill it for about 10 seconds, just to give it a little texture.

The French also eat it like this.

The only way you can get ill from it, is by germs and bacteria etc which can multiply easily on raw meat if not treated and looked after properly...
