I know London is pretty massive so this thread is going to be a bit of a generalisation but has anyone learnt to drive in London?

I'm just wondering if it's particularly any harder due to the amount of traffic/maybe less patient drivers/the cost?

Any info would be amazing!

Thanks,

Matt

It's no harder than any other busy major city in the UK. Traffic (and driver attitudes) can be pretty crap everywhere at any time of day, so that shouldn't be an issue. Besides, you should be taught how to handle that.

The cost is likely to be more as instructors will have higher overheads and the cost of living in general is higher in London.

I learnt in Leeds, which is quite a busy city. I imagine they'd be less busy areas for you to drive in London?
