Detoxing

So, I went on holiday this week and had an APALLING diet, seriously.
So, on saturday i have a big date and I don't really want to look like a pie for it.
I put on about 3lbs on holiday and would like to think that because of my bad diet I've got bloated.
So i planned on doing a detox of fruit, vegetables and a little bit of fish. I will also swim twice next week and go to aerobics twice also.
Do you think its possible for me to trim up even just slightly so I don't look so chub?

Oh and has anyone had a body wrap? Do they work?
Do pretty much what you're doing, and drink a lot of water. You'll feel healthier in a couple of days.
Detox! The word sends shivers down the spine. No fish and chips, no red wine, no posh crisps or multiple buffet visitations All of the good things in life gone for the foreseeable future, with only a bowl of cabbage soup and a hosepipe for comfort.

But all of that's necessary! You can detox without resorting to drastic measures, because all detoxing really means is giving your body a rest from the bad things. You can still eat and drink nice healthy fresh stuff, such as herbal teas and super smoothies - made with real fruit. Most supermarkets sell blenders and juicers really cheap now so you can just pop up and buy one, then your detox diet won't be boring at all! So, whatever you're putting in your drinks, add a few magic ingredients: juice a little bit of lemon for an uberdose of vitamin C, pour in some honey for natural energy and crush some ginger for its cleansing properties - you'll barely taste them - salvation in a drink.

And I won't tell anyone if you fancy a quick bag of chips on the side. Promise.

If you want to look skinny but you're lazy buy some magic pants. I bought some in Hong Kong last week and they take me from a smallish size 12 to a perfect fitting size 8 and dont squish at all. They're actually MAGIC skinny making panties
