lol well no but Ive always prefered being on my own, so are people with autism seen as srange too then? Surely Ive not had it for 20 years withough knowing:confused:

I prefer being on my own, have poor social skills, interact mainly through this lot, am not witty or very good with jokes, sometime it takes me a while to understand if somebody has made a quip or a joke or some sort of a remark, am very self conscious, never know what to say and have difficulty making conversation with people I barly know, if I know them at all 'cept by name. I'm not autistic or have any sydromes, so I guess you are not (well it sound to me like we have some similar traits (though you probably don't do most of your interacting through this lot or find it difficult in social situations and blah, blah, blah)). I would say that you are just abnormal (though what is normal, if not just conforming to social norms (a bit of a contradiction here I think)).

And to answer your question, not to my knowledge. And yes there are a fair few people who have gone through life, without realising that certain aspects of their behaviour is down to an undiagnosed condition.

My brother sounds the same as this and he has autism, theres probably a fine line between it being just someones personality and autism.
