Awww no, do you know why you feel like this? Is it an emotional thing or is it just something you've eaten or what?

You don't need to try anything, just lie down in bed, keep a bucket with you and you'll fall asleep.

do you only feel sick when you're lying down? not when you're sitting or standing?

it could be breathing difficulty which can also make you feel nauseous, and its usually worse when lying down.
are you having any respiratory allergies/asthma, stuffy nose, sinuses, etc...?
try putting one foot on the floor. You may be disoriented and that should stop it
