Does anyone know if when mentioning theorists do you have to state the year they came up with the theory or is just their name ok?!
In the essays, do you HAVE to back up your points with sociologists and studies?

my teacher said it doesnt matter that much if you dont put the year but it would be better

My teacher used to be an AQA Education Examiner and he said that a Gender/Ethnicity/Social Class question or Marxist/Functionalist question always come up as a 12 or 20
