What's your resting heart rate?

Just out of curiosity.

I'll start: 62 BPM.

Don't know how to take your pulse?

Measure for 30 seconds, then double the beats.

58 BPM actually counting for a full minute.

Mine varies a lot (we've measured it a few times in bio or PE lessons and it's been betwee 58 and 88 on different occasions)

Today it is: 72
Exactly average!

56 bpm, measured it for 60 seconds.
56 now, but it varies. It's generally lower in the morning I think.
69 when I get out of bed...
Around 35ish, I had to be monitored in hospital last year because apparently during sleep your heart rate can fall 30bpm less than your normal day rate and they were worried it might be too slow at night :/

Seems to be all good though thankfully! Just wish it was a bit higher as I also have really low blood pressure and often faint.

It was 69. I even measured it twice. That is from sitting on a chair for a few hours, not just after waking up.

So are you supposed to measure your resting heart rate just after you wake up?
