I am doing the youth exam also, my teacher mentioned that there seems to be a link with G671 and G672, so the paper could link to Ethnicity somehow, so make sure you remember some of your studies.

I have no idea what to include in a 17 marker or an 18 marker, so if anybody could send me their revision/tips too, that would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, the first 17 marker was pupils experience in school related to gender, the 33 marker was about ethnicity and its importance in youth subcultures.

the next 17 marker was two ways in which the economy helps the social construction of youth!! (hated this one)

the 33 marker was outline and evaluate the maxist view on youth deviance

Yeah tbh it was an alright paper and but the second question just confused me but hopefully it was alright, spoke about the increase of economic power.

What would you have written for the second 17 marker?

I realised I made two stupid mistakes in my exam...
a) I wrote Willis 1997 rather than 1977 for the gender differences Q.
and b
I wrote Touraine said that under the liberal facade of capitalism lurks violence when it was Marcuse that said that... (last 33 mark q)

What did you guys write for the last 33 mark question? I was a bit confused to be honest, but tried my best... Looks like I can kiss my predicted A in sociology good bye.
