Would I get the whole question wrong if all the information was correct except the name of the subject. E.g saying that Freud conducted his case study on Little Dans instead of Little Hans?

Depends on the context. Confusing Freud with Bowlby or Baddeley would be very confusing for the examiner (and suggesting that you don't know your stuff). Little Hans/Little Dans is less of an issue!! One of my psychology teachers used to mispell the name of a study...

i wouldn't be too concerned, the error you made is very small and i reckon the examiner has seen the words 'little hans' enough to know what you mean
