Well as we can't see you...probably eating something would be a good idea!!

Lol, post a pic and we will tell you, but you can also work out your BMI or whatever it is. Need to know your height and weight.

Wouldn't worry if i were you, if you eat healthily and enough your metabolism is obviously set up so that you only weigh that much. Its not really an issue, i mean if you play alot of sport you are obviously fit and healthy and if you were not eating enough to get the energy required you would know about it! The fact that your weight has stayed the same despite all the exercise shows that you are leading a pretty balanced diet i would say.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you, but if you are really concerned contact a nutritionist.

The only way for you to post pictures as anonymous (you can't make attachments) is to post it on an external site (photobucket or whatever) and link to it.

Edit: you got there first.

Well, mostly you look like you're tensing. reeeeeallly. hard. You are certainly not stacked, and your ribs are skinny, but you obviously have some muscles.
There are a load of threads about on gaining weight, or go to somewhere like muscletalk.co.uk and have a look about. Basically, just eat loads and start lifting weights. At this point, you dont need to be that specific, just do the whole lot.

How old are you? If you are still under 21 your metabolism will be going faster then your adult version. I'm 17 and find it really hard to put on weight because of my fast metabolism although when I turn older it will be much easier.

18, 19 next week
When i was 19 i went from 11 stone to 13, all through eating ****loads and hitting the gym 3 times a week, so it can be done. I was always dead skinny and if i dont keep on it weight drops right off me (im 22 now) but you CAN put that weight on if you want to. Good luck mate

cheers  i'll sign up to a gym now
Your pecs are rather small and you of a quite a narrow build - I would advise eating, lots.
Remember, if you just wanna put on weight then you dont need to bother with all the 'protein this, carbs that' stuff, just eat LOADS. One of my mates plays lacrosse in america, and according to him all the american football players (who are immense) spend the whole summer eating ****e and doing weights, then a load of cardio in the preseason to get game fit
