AS Media exam 23rd May

How long would you guys recommend on answering section A?Theres two sections and am not sure on how long i should spend on each question?
As the paper is 2 hours long, I would recommend spending a whole hour on section B for your essay. Section A is also an hour however you need to consider viewing time. How I did my AS was divide it up, 10 minutes for question 1 as it's 8 marks, and 17 minutes for 2 and 3 as they hold 12 marks each. I stuck to this through out my As level and I still do it now in my A2

In the mock in ours after the first hour we got told to put our pens down after an hour and then they went through section B and told us to start that. Section A is 50 marks and section B is 50 marks so they're equal. Technical language only gives you up to 10 marks however, I spend 15 mins on the clip and writing notes then 45 mins writing for section A and the full hour on section b
