How often do you masturbate/watch porn when studying?

i know at this time stress levels often get high and sometimes you get distracted.people often "relieve" this stress through masturbation.
how often do you do it? does it have a positive or negative effect?

like every time I get out my textbooks and stuff I'm just likee "ahhh trigonometry <3"
When I first discovered masturbation, I used to take a break to study in between masturbating.
I'm on nofap to increase my concentration
Me, I jack it 12-15 times a week. Twice a day. Once in the morning after I work out, once after lunch. If you don't do it the stress of study, it'll make you explode. Or worse, you'll implode. You don't wanna implode.
