I recommend just learning the year each events happen off by heart, ignore the precise dates.

Learn what happens in each year, and use this knowledge to build your own timeline. I don't do OCR (I've got history EDEXCEL tomorrow) but I'm sure dates aren't too important.

Also, try not to learn dates that aren't necessary. Many fall into that trap and learn a bunch of stuff that is unimportant, focus on the main aspects.

I don't really know. The one I'm doing focuses on America, WWII and Russia (which I don't do).

The one I'm doing is about the Civil Rights and Great Depression, and a few other things.

Interesting or not?

I love History A, it's fascinating. I've always found history great fun.
