I am a bit worried as I do not have transportation as it stands to actually get my stuff to uni! Obviously I'm going to need more than just a suitcase so the train isn't really an option unless I do multiple trips which would suck balls.

I feel like asking a friend is a bit cheeky so my options are really a moving van or just manning up and asking someone.

How did you guys do this? I can't be the only one to ever be in this situation!

My parents don't drive (who the **** doesn't have a car now'a'days?) So we got a relative to drive us down there in their car. I brought way too much though so i'm going to feel bad on the trip back home with all my crap.

I just brought everything in a 20kg suitcase (I had to fly over). I suppose you could always use Parcelforce.

Be careful not to bring too much to uni though. You will end up gathering junk over the year, and your accommodation won't be that big.

I had to rent a van because I had too many things but it only cost me like 15 pounds and an extra 10 for them to help me move stuff lol.

It's super cheap.

I have also been a little worried about this myself. As at minimum I will require 2 suitcases + hand luggage. One option I thought was to Coach it twice. But that requires alot of effort. I just don't know yet.

If you have a family member with a driving licence, then look at renting a car / van.

Failing that, have a look for a man with a van.
