So I have a conditional offer for a uninversity to do medicine (undergraduate course). And I am currently in year 13. I am filling out my student finance and it asks if i am aligible for a bursay. How do I know if I am eligible?

You're not, at least not yet - this is more for nurses/physios/etc. where the NHS pays for their entire course. Medics get their 5th and 6th (if applicable) years paid for by the NHS bursary, so you don't need to tick that box until you're doing student finance for your 5th/6th years.
