CeX Product Knowledge Test Panic!!
Im looking for my first proper part time job and I'm interested in working for my local CeX store. I read up on their website what it requires and it sounds perfect for me! Further down the page it says that all applicants will be "knowledge tested" over the phone prior to an interview and this had me slightly concerned. I don't want to apply and get knocked back for not knowing my stuff, looking over everything they may possibly ask me is pretty overwhelming!!! I'd probably know my way around games and films, it's the other tech like phones and cameras!!������
I'm basically asking if anyone has done one of these knowledge tests, can they please give some tips on how to succeed and get an interview?
