to open the word files you will need Word 2010 or later

to open the pdf files you will need adobe reader v9 or later (you can update for free on the adobe site)

I really don't know what is going on with the files. The word .doc files are not working now for me either. They were working, could it be a problem with the site?

I can open the original files on my laptop without problems but the ones that download, despite looking identical do not open properly.

I uploaded all the W14 papers a couple of weeks ago in word .doc form and they were downloaded loads of times and no one said they couldn't download them, now these don't work for me either.

I will try downloading on my PC and see if what happens

now this gets weirder. I downloaded gold 1, tried to open... didn't work. Downloaded it again straight after, worked fine WTF?

For what it's worth, they don't seem to work at all on my iPad. I'm on holiday but if it's helpful, I'll try to convert to PDF and re-upload after I get back (on Friday).
