I'm really stuck on the falsification principle and was wondering if anyone could clarify it a little for me? I understand Popper and Flew but it's Hare, Hick and Mitchell that confuse me. Does Hare support or challenge falsification? And I think Mitchell challenges it by saying that believers do acknowledge things that may falsify their beliefs, yet continue to believe anyway, but I'm unsure if I've understood correctly.
