Changing parents email

Hi, I have recently applied for a student loan and have to put in both parents email addresses, so that they can provide their information. However, as both parents use the same email, I had put them down as the same... this did not work. I have been all over the main page and found no where to edit this email and provide a new one. How can this be done?

Hello

Your parents can call us on 0300 100 0607 and we can edit their email address. If they have access to their accounts they could do this themselves online.

Once they can access their accounts, they can simply search for you through 'support an application' and don't have to go through the email link.
