Student Finance Error?

Hi!

I'm going to be returning to Uni in September for my 2nd year and have been trying to apply for Student Finance for a while but every time I log on to my account, I keep getting this error message:

Anyone else had this issue or know how to solve it? Could I just make a new Student Finance account?

Could you please give us a call on 0300 100 0607 so we can investigate if there's an issue with your account? It won't let you make a new account as you always keep the same details.
