TK Maxx now expect applicants to answer questions such as:

"Give us a time when you delivered excellent customer service".

"Explain the benefits of teamwork".

and

"Explain how you dealt with a challenging situation".

Using ONLY 200 characters...not 200 words...200 CHARACTERS!!! With SPACES!!!

Don't think it's that difficult?

For example this post is already 322 characters long...

Sometimes I think they get a kick out of making people go through hoops...

and for what? A job you're probably going to hate within a month or two?

Ridiculous.

Excellent customer service.... Going beyond expectations, such as with people who are disable... Taking extra care and attention to explain a product or an objection. How your service improved their perception of the business. Personally I would just make up a credible scenario.

Teamwork... Examples of working with others, this is retail, i won't go into too much detail. Its to show your a team player,a business isn't based around an individual. Workplaces love sociable individuals.

Challenging situation - overcoming objections.... find something in your past experience. Customer is always right.....

You never read my post did you?

I don't have a problem with answering the questions.

What I have a problem with is using only 200 characters (that's characters INCLUDING spaces) to answer it....

Just write "how the **** can i make myself look good in 200 characters".

They will probably appreciate your humorous tone and hire you
