Urgent!!! advisor/student reply please

i've had an issue with my student finance and i called them and it only be fixed within the next 72 hours(2 days after the deadline). Does this mean my tuition fee loan/maintanence loan won't be paid in time? do i need to call the uni?

If you applied before the guideline date then this would not apply to you as it only applies to students who have yet to apply. Thanks

thank you! it says i need to sign a declaration form and send it off..i don't have a form
